The Working for you panel

A plain panel that answers "what is my box doing?" It has four tabs: Today, Health, Your agents, and Every job.

Where you see it​

The panel shows up in three places. It is the same part each time.

  1. In the Office, below the list of agents.
  2. In the Chats drawer, so you can check on things while you chat.
  3. As its own page for a client who bought only automations (the automation tier). For them, this panel is the whole page. That page is a separate file with no message box, so that client can never get a chat box by accident.

The four tabs:

  • Today. What happened since you last looked. Routine results, a roll-up of the jobs that run every minute, listeners that are live, lines from agents' run logs, and any question waiting on you. Newest first.
  • Health. What the box's health checks found. It has its own page: The Health tab.
  • Your agents. One row per agent, the same data as the Office list. Tap a row to open its Roadmap, the agent's plan drawn as a line of milestones.
  • Every job. A plain list of every scheduled or triggered routine. One row per routine, with its latest status.

What happens, step by step​

  1. The owner opens the Office after lunch and taps Today.
  2. The panel asks the box for the feed. The box reads the logbook (the database of what ran and when) and sends back rows with real times on them.
  3. The owner sees that the morning email sort ran, a new sign-up came in, and one question is waiting.
  4. The owner taps the question card and answers it right there in the list.
  5. Next, the owner taps Health, sees an amber row, and taps Talk about it to discuss it in chat.
  6. Last, Every job lists each routine with how its latest run went, in case the owner wants to check that one ran at 3 a.m.

Why it works this way​

It is one shared part on purpose. A client who bought only automations sees the exact panel the owner sees inside the Office. There is no second copy that could drift and start telling a different story.

The Today feed used to be built from notes in text files. It was rebuilt to read the logbook instead. Notes do not always carry a time. The logbook does, so every line on Today can say when it happened.

A routine you cannot see is a routine nobody checks

Every job reads the same registry the box uses to run things. A routine missing from that list does not show here, and the box will not deploy it either.
